About Aspect Personal Coaching

I’m Irene Lambert a life coach, therapist and trainer, motivating, guiding and helping people reach their potential. I’ve worked successfully with a diverse range of people, including celebrities, sports professionals, managers and executives for over 30 years.  I have established my own private coaching practice in Derbyshire where I meet and work with clients face to face.

If you live further afield in the UK or overseas, I can offer flexible ways to coach, guide and support you, including carrying out coaching over the phone and/or using Skype.  I am happy to fit in with different time zones within reason.

My skills lie with helping people cut through the confusion of modern life to focus their mind, identify their goals, banish bad habits and deal with life events to find peace of mind and renewed purpose. My work has been featured in numerous radio shows and on TV.

I am a registered member of a number of professional regulating organisations, including the Society of NLP and The National Council of Psychotherapists.

Aspect Coaching is based near Derby at the heart of the East Midlands, an ideal location for helping clients throughout Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire and Staffordshire.
